Where do I find my order?
Once you complete your order, an email is sent to you with the download links. Be sure to check your junk and spam folders. If you are still unable to locate your email, send us an email.

Can I pay with a check or money order?
Yes, but for digital products only, no physical books. You can send a check or money order to AHRC / PO Box 284 / Magnolia, MS. 39652 for the total amount of your purchase. On the check or money order note that this is for the "Ancient Hebrew Bookstore." In addition, send us an email with the amount of the check so that we know to keep an eye out for it.

Can I get a refund?
Yes, we have a 30 day money back gaurentee. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your product just send us an email and we will get you your refund.

How to "gift" an order
After you click on “checkout,” you will see a “gift” icon in the box where you enter your email address. Click on the “gift” icon and enter your name and email address as well as the recipients name and email. Then select a delivery date and add a personalized message. Then continue the checkout process by selecting PayPal or Credit Card as your form of payment.

How do I set-up an account?
The only reason you will need to create an account is if you have made multiple orders and would like to see all your orders on one page. If you would like to set-up an account, just follow these steps.
