Genesis 33:1 and Ya'aqov lifted up his eyes and he saw and look, Esav was coming and with him were four hundred men and he divided the boys upon Le'ah and upon Rahhel and upon the two maids, עֵשָׂו       ey'saw Esaw בָּא       ba he~did~COME (Verb) וְעִמּוֹ       wê'i'mo and~WITH~him אַרְבַּע       ar'ba FOUR מֵאוֹת       mey'ot HUNDRED~s אִישׁ       ish MAN וַיַּחַץ       wai'ya'hhats and~he~will~DIVIDE (Verb) אֶת       et AT הַיְלָדִים       ha'ye'la'dim the~BOY~s עַל       al UPON לֵאָה       ley'ah Le'ah וְעַל       wê'al and~UPON רָחֵל       ra'hheyl Rahhel וְעַל       wê'al and~UPON שְׁתֵּי       shê'tey TWO הַשְּׁפָחוֹת       hash'pha'hhot the~MAID~s Genesis 33:2 and he set in place the maids and their boys first and Le'ah and her boys behind and Rahhel and Yoseph behind, וַיָּשֶׂם       wai'ya'sem and~he~will~PLACE (Verb) אֶת       et AT הַשְּׁפָחוֹת       hash'pha'hhot the~MAID~s וְאֶת       wê'et and~AT יַלְדֵיהֶן       yal'dey'hen BOY~s~them(fp)    ra'hheyl Rahhel וְאֶת       wê'et and~AT יוֹסֵף       yo'seyph Yoseph אַחֲרֹנִים       a'hha'ro'nim LAST~s Genesis 33:3 and he crossed over to their face and bent himself down unto the land seven times until drawing near him, until his brother, וְהוּא       wê'hu and~HE עָבַר       a'var he~did~CROSS.OVER (Verb) לִפְנֵיהֶם       liph'ney'hem to~FACE~s~them(mp) וַיִּשְׁתַּחוּ וַיִּבְכּוּ       wai'yov'ku and~they(mp)~will~WEEP (Verb) Genesis 33:5 and he lifted up his eyes and he saw the women and the boys and he said, who are these belonging to you and he said, the boys (Verb) אֱלֹהִים       e'lo'him Elohiym אֶת       et AT עַבְדֶּךָ       av'de'kha SERVANT~you(ms) Genesis 33:6 and the maids drew near, they and their boys and they bent themselves down, וַתִּגַּשְׁןָ       wa'ti'gash'na and~they(fp)~will~DRAW.NEAR (Verb) הַשְּׁפָחוֹת       hash'pha'hhot the~MAID~s הֵנָּה       heyn'nah THEY(f) וְיַלְדֵיהֶן       wê'yal'dey'hen and~the~BOY~s~them(fp) brother, he will exist for you which is to you, וַיֹּאמֶר       wai'yo'mer and~he~will~SAY (Verb) עֵשָׂו       ey'saw Esaw יֶשׁ       yesh THERE.IS לִי       li to~~me(cs) רָב       rav ABUNDANT אָחִי       a'hhi BROTHER~me(cs) יְהִי       yê'hi he~will~EXIST (Verb) לְךָ       lê'kha to~~you(ms) אֲשֶׁר       a'sher WHICH לָךְ       lakh to~~you(fs) Genesis 33:10 and Ya'aqov said, please no, please, if I found beauty in your eyes then you will take my donation from my hand since I saw your face it is like seeing the face of Elohiym and you accepted me, וַיֹּאמֶר       wai'yo'mer be face to face with you, וַיֹּאמֶר       wai'yo'mer and~he~will~SAY (Verb) נִסְעָה       nis'ah we(cp)~will~JOURNEY (Verb) וְנֵלֵכָה       wê'ney'ley'khah and~we(cp)~will~WALK (Verb)~^ וְאֵלְכָה       wê'eyl'khah and~I(cs)~will~WALK (Verb)~^ לְנֶגְדֶּךָ       lê'neg'de'kha to~BE.FACE.TO.FACE (Verb)~you(ms) Genesis 33:13 and he said to him, my lord is knowing that the boys are tender and the flocks and the cattle giving milk are upon me and we will knock them one day and all the flocks will die, וַיֹּאמֶר       wai'yo'mer and~he~will~SAY (Verb) אֵלָיו       ey'law TO~him אֲדֹנִי cross over to the face of his servant and I will lead myself for my gentleness, for the foot of the occupation which is to my face and to the foot of the boys, until I come to my lord, unto Se'iyr, he~did~DO (Verb) סֻכֹּת       su'kot BOOTH~s עַל       al UPON כֵּן       keyn SO (The Phrase "UPON SO" means "therefore.") קָרָא       qa'ra he~did~CALL.OUT (Verb) שֵׁם       sheym TITLE הַמָּקוֹם       ha'ma'qom the~AREA סֻכּוֹת       su'kot Sukhot Genesis 33:18 and Ya'aqov came to Shalem, a city of Shekhem which is in the land of Kena'an, in his coming from Padan-Aram and he camped at the face of the city, וַיָּבֹא       wai'ya'vo and~he~will~COME (Verb) יַעֲקֹב       ya'a'qov Ya'aqov שָׁלֵם       sha'leym Shalem עִיר       ir CITY שְׁכֶם       shê'khem Shekhem (The verse appears to be missing one or two prepositions. There are several possible translations for this verse depending on where the preposition or prepositions are placed. One possible translation is "and Ya'aqov came to Shalem, a city of Shekhem." Another possible translation is "and Ya'aqov came in completeness to the city of Shekhem" (the word Shalem would be a noun rather than a proper name). Another is "and Ya'aqov of Shalem came to the city of Shekhem" (nowhere does the text suggest that Ya'aqov is from Shalem which would invalidate this translation).) אֲשֶׁר       a'sher WHICH בְּאֶרֶץ       bê'e'rets in~LAND כְּנַעַן       kê'na'an Kena'an בְּבֹאוֹ       bê'vo'o in~>~COME (Verb)~him מִפַּדַּן־אֲרָם       mi'pa'dan-a'ram from~Padan-Aram וַיִּחַן       wai'yi'hhan and~he~will~CAMP (Verb) אֶת       et AT פְּנֵי       pê'ney FACE~s הָעִיר       ha'ir the~CITY Genesis 33:19 and he purchased a parcel of the field, where he stretched there his tent, from the hand of the sons of Hhamor, the father of Shekhem, with a hundred qeshiytah, וַיִּקֶן       wai'yi'qen and~he~will~PURCHASE (Verb) אֶת       et AT חֶלְקַת       hhel'qat PARCEL הַשָּׂדֶה       ha'sa'deh the~FIELD אֲשֶׁר       a'sher WHICH נָטָה       na'tah he~did~EXTEND (Verb) שָׁם       sham THERE אָהֳלוֹ       a'ha'lo TENT~him מִיַּד       mi'yad from~HAND בְּנֵי       bê'ney SON~s חֲמוֹר       hha'mor DONKEY אֲבִי       a'vi FATHER~of שְׁכֶם       shê'khem Shekhem בְּמֵאָה       bê'mey'ah in~HUNDRED קְשִׂיטָה       qê'si'tah QESHIYTAH Genesis 33:20 and he caused to stand erect an altar there and he called out to him, El-Elohey-Yisra'el, וַיַּצֶּב       wai'ya'tsev and~he~will~make~STAND.UP (Verb) שָׁם       sham THERE מִזְבֵּחַ       miz'bey'ahh ALTAR וַיִּקְרָא       wai'yiq'ra and~he~will~CALL.OUT (Verb) לוֹ       lo to~~him אֵל־אֱלֹהֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵל       eyl-e'lo'hey-yis'ra'eyl El-Elohey-Yisra'el
